BUSINESS POLICIES:
Buyer of the vehicle will have to submit $300 deposit at the day of purchase, and must complete all financial transactions in seven (7) days. We accept cash, cashiers-check, certified funds, money wire from the bank, personal check (after it clears, 7-10 days). If funds are not received within this period of time, the buyer may risk loosing their deposit. Buyer will be liable for total of $300 documentation/processing/title fees/30 days temporary license plate. Rusak Motors will collect sales tax for a vehicle sold to Ohio resident and to a resident of a state where that state charges sales tax to Ohio residents. The amount of tax to charge and collect on those specific sales is the lesser of six percent (currently the lowest combined state and local rate in Ohio), versus the amount of tax the nonresident would pay in their home state, after taking certain factors into account. The following is the list of the states, applicable tax rate to determine the correct amount of tax to collect: Arizona 6.6%, California 7.25%, Florida 6.00%, Indiana 7.00%, Massachusetts 6.25%, Michigan 6.00%, South Carolina 6.00% with $300 tax cap, Washington 6.50%. Sales to residents of any other state not listed above are not subject to Ohio tax, provided the proper affidavit for nonresident sales is completed by the purchaser and tendered to the Clerk of Courts when application for title is made. Buyer must be 18 years old or older. All Rusak Motors vehicles are sold “As Is”, and sold with out any warranty from Rusak Motors, manufacturer’s warranties may still apply, an extended warranty may also be available. The buyer will bear the entire expense of repairing or correcting any defects that may presently exist or may occur on the vehicle. Rusak Motors shall not have any responsibility for consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of profits, or income, or any other incidental damages with respect to any defect or malfunction or unfitness or other deficiency of the vehicle. Rusak Motors makes no warranties, representation or assurances that the motor vehicle contains only original manufacturer installed or manufacturer rebuilt components, parts or accessories. The buyer of the vehicle acknowledges, understands and accepts all of the provisions of Rusak Motors warranty disclaimer for the vehicle sold. Safety inspection, car detail and oil change are included in all cars for sale by Rusak Motors. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of the vehicle, we can help customer arrange shipping to any state nationwide with our best discounted prices through our transportation companies we work with.
